Bookings, Workshops and Retreats

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. Cancellations made 7 days or more before an event may receive a full refund (less any processing fees). Cancellations within 7 days are generally non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or a future event at our discretion. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events if necessary, in which case participants will be offered a refund or transfer. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs. By booking, you agree to participate voluntarily and at your own discretion and responsibility, to listen to your body, to rest or stop if needed, and to follow all instructions given during the session. Participation is subject to acceptance of the Participant Waiver. 

 

Behaviour

We aim to provide a respectful and safe environment. We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refund will be provided in such cases.
